Tyler Wilps - CEO & President of the Board
Tyler was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Chemistry. As a two-time All-American wrestler and National Finalist for Pitt he was engraved in the varsity walk behind the Cathedral of Learning. After graduation, traveling and serving in Haiti, South America, and Africa sparked a passion for helping others and getting resources to those who needed them most. His dedication shifted to developing the idea that is now Trek. Currently, Tyler is a Orthopedic Surgical Resident at UC San Diego set to graduate in 2027. His goals are to combine his medical experience with his vision to help others, and to make a positive impact in global health through TREK Coalition.
